- New Hall capacity is proposed to be around 600 people
- Will be designed with modern architecture to manage Heating and Cooling
- Enough capacity for shoe and coat area will be planned
- Improved rooms for book stall and gift center
- Leg wash area near entrance; Expanded kitchen area to serve 600 people
- Basement hall with stage and sitting area for public events
- Homam room for use all round the year; Pallaki Seva aisle around temple;
- More class rooms, guest room, office room, Board room and prasadam serving room are planned;
- Sai library will be planned at appropriate place to preserve Sai culture/Books
