• Plans approved by City
• Building Permits received
• Contract for Civil works signed
• Civil Contract execution started - August 2025

Activities 2025 - Phase 1

• Remove Trees and obstructions
• Remove Barn and House on property
• Prepare Retention Pond
• Complete plumbing (rainwater pipes, manholes)
• Level and prepare parking lot in front of the existing building
• Build Curbs and lay Asphalt (2") and make the lot useable
